There’s a new Israeli initiative to take attention off its own footdragging by putting out an “incitement meter” of the Palestinian discourse. Rightwinger Ron Dermer, Netanyahu’s aide, lately of Florida, came up with this. From Haaretz:
The meter comprises four central components: clear incitement to violence; an atmosphere that encourages violence and terror; incitement to hatred, demonization and failure to create an environment for positive progress.
