For instance, the U.S. 'Green Zone' in Baghdad is in the center of the city. Major rocket attacks on this nucleus of American power inherently involve civilian casualties. But is Fox News accusing the U.S. military of using Iraqi civilians as 'human shields'? Why, of course not. They're just Iraqis, man. We don't even count how many of them die.
