Justice for Larry Franklin

Bruce Wolman writes:

An American gentile, Larry Franklin, goes to prison. But, according to Haaretz, his Israeli intelligence counter-party in crime (Uzi Arad, security aide to Netanyahu) will get a visa so as to visit the Obama administration. If this is how the US government sees it, then Larry Franklin should get a pardon.

I asked Wolman (who is Jewish) why he brought in the religious angle. He had a good answer:

It is ironic and very strange, but also symbolic of the entire situation that a decent, well-meaning, ex-military civil servant (even if I disagree with his viewpoint), who happens to be gentile, is sent to prison for 13 years and sees his career and family ruined, while his two Jewish American alleged co-conspirators still await trial three years later (and does anyone expect them to see prison time?), and that an Israeli agent wanted for questioning in the case is given a visa to the United States to consult with the Obama administration even though he had previously been denied a visa for spying or assisting in spying. That's the religious angle. It doesn't have anything to do with me.

If Franklin's treatment means that we get to hear less crowing from Jews about their love of social Justice, and involvement with civil rights, then I'm all for a crucifixion of Franklin! St. Larry has a nice ring! I wonder if future Franklins are paying attention?

If it does happen that Franklin takes the fall, and everyone else profits, it becomes hard to deny the Lobby or Jewish power. What happens when most people catch on?

What happens is what's happening. Body slam to the economy.
Plus Netanyahu about to finalize something heinous involving who know what kind of distracting mayhem.
At the same time people are waking up to the house on fire – the house is on fire.
Compassion is getting hard to find, just when we need it most.
And as always the innocent, Jew, gentile, Muslim, random passersby, will get hit the worst.
    Are getting hit the worst.
Will continue to get hit the worst.
    Heads up.

The US government has obviously internalized the Jewish Zionist-supremacist caste-system long engineered by Jewish American Zionists themselves, and acquiesced to by just about every idiot mainstream gentile elite in the country from Judeophile liberals to “Judeo-Christian” conservatives.

The caste system apparently even accounts for the lower rung assigned to goy Zionists and treats them accordingly.

Really, does a country that rolls over for such a state of affairs deserve anything better than what it is currently getting? I just feel bad for the dusky hordes around the world who have to pay the price at US gun point for successive generations of an American elite completely lacking in integrity, patriotism, and character.

Wolman is an idiot. Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman are not facing the same charges as Franklin. They are being charged with a nebulous 1937 law that nobody has ever been charged with. Much less convicted. Franklin had hundreds of classified documents in his possession. Rosen and Weissman had none. The FBI tried to set up Arad and several neocons but none took the bait.

  6. syvanen says:

Franklin should rot in jail. It would be too bad if he is the only one, but he was spying for a foreign power. If only gentiles go to jail then maybe treasonous gentiles should think twice before they deal with Israelis.

And Julian, Rosen and Weiss were seen, photoed and taped, taking documents from Franklin and passing them on to the Israeli embassy. They now happen to have a very sympathetic judge that grant them every delay and motion. The tentacles of the lobby are deep.

  7. Julian says:

    syvanen:
"And Julian, Rosen and Weiss were seen, photoed and taped, taking documents from Franklin and passing them on to the Israeli embassy."

Wrong. Rosen and Weiss were not charged with passing documents to the Israeli Embassy.
You really need to read about the case.

  8. syvanen says:

What R&W were observed doing and what they were charged with are not necessarily the same thing. You go ahead and defend these traitors and some day when the American people begin to wake up they will see that R%W and the zionist enterprise are a single entity. Are you sure that you want to make that case? If my loyalty was to the lobby, I would cut all ties to R%W. It puzzles me that the lobby has decided to defend them so vigorously.

  9. Saleema says:

Franklin must be feeling stupid. If he had to do it again I'm sure he would think about it twice before signing his life away for a country that doesn't give a shit about him.

I almost feel sorry for Franklin.

The two former lobbyists for American Israel Public Affairs Committee – Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman – have been charged with illegally disclosing sensitive national defense information to people who are not entitled to receive it.

Arad is former Mossad, if not secretly still.

I almost feel sorry for Franklin.

I don't. He is as traitor, and got exactly what he deserved. F-ck him. The reality that his colonial Zionists conspirators are going to get off scott-free doesn't make his sentence unfair, it merely highlights the unfairness of the double standard that is allowing them to escape justice. Hopefully his fate will deter others foolish enough to join Team Treason thinking that the Lobby will expend as much effort on them as it does on their first string.

Wasn't it Franklin who came up with that lovely remark about how "the aspens all turn together, because their roots connect them," in a letter to Judith Miller? Perhaps the only instance of pure poetry to emerge from the neocon morass,

Of course not. That was Libby, you know the Cheny aid. That was the guy who received a presidential pardon. Funny how the goyim do not get these pardons.

Here's whats going on. Rosen is suing AIPAC, he filed a civil suit against them for firing him charging "HE WAS ACTING IN HIS NORMAL MANNER CONSISTENT WITH AIPAC POLICIES IN HIS MEETING WITH FRANKLIN AND METHOD OF GATHERING OF INFORMATION FOR USE BY ISRAEL."

Of course, Rosen is after the money. he knows AIPAC will pay him off and settle out of court because Rosen could reveal ALL about AIPAC's official policy and activites in spying and obtaining classified information…and a lot of mole names and contacts would be revealed.

The "LOBBY" had already agreed to pay their legal bills…thinking that would keep their mouths shut and they wouldn't cut a plea type deal with the FBI. Which the FBI would have gone for because they tripped over Franklin's activites ONLY because they were already investigating AIPAC on some bigger things.

The FBI didn't want to go after Franklin and the small fry Rosen and Weismann but when the FBI investigation was leaked by Franklin to Adam Crilskey, a producer at CBS and Leslie Stalh reported on it the bigger investigation was blown.

Everyone wondered about the leak to CBS ..here's how that came about…Adam Crilskey was a former CIA employee. He was fired by the CIA on suspicion of passing info to the Israelis. He failed two poloygraph tests under questioning over the matter and was given the option of firing or resigning. He knew Stalh and got here to do a 60 minutess program on his firing under the heading of anti semitism…of course…jewish witch hunts at the CIA and so forth. Then, after that CBS HIRED Crilskey as a producer.
Obviously Franklin was tight enough within the jewish spy network or either was told by Rosen and Weismann or perhaps told by Doug Feith who Franklin worked under who too contact in the media to break the story. Once the story broke it made a lot of jewish Israeli mole contacts in the grapevine go to ground and break off contact with Mother AIPAC on the larger issues the FBI was really after.

Long story short….yes AIPAC does spy, yes there is a jewish fifth column in the US that does actively work for Israel passing along info they gain in their government jobs…the FBI has been after them for years..but the Franklin, R&W case is small potatoes compared to what the FBI was really after.

Some day they will get them…that's why the Patriot Act spying that everyone got their shorts in a knot over doesn't bother me one bit…I don't care if they wire tap the whole gd world if it gets rid of these traitors.

… your point being that, unlike Franklin, Libby was actually a Jew. Thank you, syvanen, I stand corrected.

  16. American says:

It's no secret that Judge Ellis of the AIPAC trial has had ties to the UK zionist party thru his college mentor and friend who is head of some Jewish party in England.

BUT…I wouldn't assume R&W are going to get off yet…this will be a JURY trial..the jurors are going to hear about Franklin already being convicted. The judge can "instruct" the jury all he wants in the finer points and restrict all the evidence all wants but it will be in the hands of the jury and the jurors don't have to EXPLAIN THEIR VOTE or VERDICTS.

So we will see. My bet is they will try to get a mistrial on some conduct of the proscution. If Ellis allows it the FBI can appeal and Ellis is already known among his peers for some weird rulings and citations. He once cited a ruling in a case that he himself had made, as a precedent for another case he was ruling on…Judges don't usually refer to 'their own' rulings in previous cases as precedents for another case they are ruling on.

  17. Citizen says:

The whole point of how the AIPAC trial has not been addressed in the USA msm is that it would
uncover how the USA & Israel interact to further the careers of some USA government servants and
to further Israel goals–at the expense of USA interests.

  18. Thom says:

Franklin was charged because he was the one with the security clearance. Authorized but unofficial government leaks happen all the time as back-channel ways of communicating information, so the two AIPAC guys would not necessarily have known that this particular leak was unkosher. Franklin would have known. As to his testifying against them, well gee, a plea bargain and a lighter sentence wouldn't be a reason for him to say whatever the prosecutors want him to say, whether true or not, would it?

Libby had his sentence commuted (he was not pardoned) because he was a Bush crony. If Rove had been sentenced to prison he would have been pardoned or had his sentence commuted to. Only an anti-Semite would look at the Libby situation and think that the commutation was because he was Jewish.

I didn't realize he was Jewish. Now that I know, I still think he should have been sent to prison instead of having his sentence commuted.

As to the idiots saying "only gentiles go to prison": Jonathan Pollard is Jewish, and is serving a life sentence. Personally I think he should be left there to rot.

The U.S. spies on its allies and its allies spy on it, but the people caught spying on a country (particularly traitors) should get long prison sentences.

  19. Rowan says:

    Thom, disingenuous or what?
