Joel Beinin, smeared by the right

An attack on the great Joel Beinin at front page magazine. I heard from ‘reliable sources’ that when Beinin was teaching at American University of Cairo some Egyptian Islamists assumed because he’s Jewish that he was a Zionist in the heart of the Arab world and made his life very difficult.
