Phil you may claim to do this as a redemption for the Jewish community and for ‘selfish reasons'(is this your variation of the Beinart defence, by shielding yourself against acusations of being a self-hating Jew and/or an anti-Semite, just like Beinart had to shield himself in ethnocentric terms?).
Nonetheless, posts like this betray that defence. You’re doing it for more than selfish reasons. You’re the internationalist Jew. In the best possible way.
