Contrary to what the zionistas say, 99.99% of us Israel and "Lobby" critics aren't members of Stormfront or raving bigots. BUT….the more I see of the Jews in congress who proclaim as Miz Shelly does, the more I am inclined to think that for a certain percentage of jews the old carnards aren't carnards but truisms …they aren't "part of" America, but a seperate "tribal nation" working within our government for themselves alone.

I have mixed feelings about that statement, Rowan. The Colonists definitely had sectional differences, but they were mostly similar people with a similar culture. At this point, immigration and multicultualism are probably too much to overcome. America was definitely more of a nation early in its history, and has become less of one as time has passed. I had the feeling of living in a nation much more as a child or teen than I do now.
The US became a nation after Appomattox, when the people began to identify themselves as Americans. A racist movie was made about it.
