Almost all government buildings and all bridges destroyed. And this goes on, with no cease-fire? Oh, so we can rebuild it even more completely. And have a bigger opportunity… (Thanks to Ira Glunts, who says I am unduly optimistic about the future. Wish I had a counter-argument.)
